Basic Rental Requirements:

The Apartment contains 3 Bedroom and can accommodate a Maximum of 6 persons.
Master Bedroom (1 King bed), Second Bedroom (1 Full Bed), Third Bedroom (2 Twin Bed)
A 50% rental deposit is required - balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Rental deposits not received within 7 days of reservation will result in automatic cancellation.
Rentals with less than 30 days notice require payment in full by Express Mail or Credit Card thru PayPal.com.
Rentals with less than 7 days notice require payment in full by Credit Card thru PayPal.com
